Global Symposium on Combating Corruption and Promoting Good Governance: Challenges & Solutions

The Centre for Transparency and Accountability in Governance (CTAG), National Law University Delhi (NLUD), the UN Global Compact Network India (UN GCNI) and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) jointly organised the Global Symposium on Combating Corruption and Promoting Good Governance: Challenges & Solutions on 19-20 December 2024, at National Law University Delhi in collaboration with PSI India and Shikar Organisation bringing together experts from diverse sectors to discuss actionable strategies for fostering integrity, transparency, and accountability in India’s governance framework.

This symposium aims to address the pressing issues of governance, corruption, and ethical practices by fostering a collaborative environment for diverse stakeholders, including corporate entities, government bodies, UN organizations, and other key players. With increasing global challenges, the event seeks to provide a platform for in-depth discussions and actionable solutions to promote good governance. By exploring sector-specific challenges and best practices, the symposium will focus on developing sustainable, value-based governance frameworks that can enhance integrity, transparency, and accountability in addressing corruption. Through shared insights and collaborative efforts, the event intends to lay the foundation for effective strategies to improve governance globally.
